Surrogate Mother Compensation

Surrogate's Compensation

Carrier/Surrogate's Fee (repeat Surrogates may request a higher fee) Paid over a 10 month period starting upon confirmation of pregnancy via ultrasound.	$	20,000
Non-accountable Expense Allowance Paid Monthly (for mileage, lost wages and childcare to attend medical appointments, etc.,commencing upon signing a Surrogacy Contract)	$	2,400
Maternity Expense	$	800-1,000
Embryo Transfer Fee	$	1,000
Support Group Meeting Attendance Fee ($100/mo. to Surrogate to attend Support meetings after confirmation of pregnancy and up to 3 months following delivery) Only applies if you are able to attend ProLiviti's support group meetings.	$	1,300
Life Insurance Premium (for a $300,000 term policy; purchased upon confirmation of pregnancy)	$	300

Other Compensation

Termination	$	1,000
Per multiple fee (for each additional child carried. Payment commences upon a second ultrasound confirming multiple heart beats)	$	5,000
Invasive Procedure Fee (for an amniocentesis, CVS, reduction, termination, D&C *per procedure)	$	500
Cesarean Surgery (for additional pain and additional recuperation period)	$	1,500
Loss of Reproductive Organ Fee	$	3,000

ProLiviti's Support and Involvement

For each surrogate we offer a support staff dedicated to being there each step of the way; from appointments and injections through post-partum. We are here to talk with you, offer moral support and answer any questions you may have. Our joy comes from making sure your surrogacy experience is an enjoyable one.

We send gifts and/or flowers for special events you have during your surrogacy.

Surrogacy is a decision that affects the entire family and with "fun nights out" and gifts for the family is our way of showing appreciation to them for supporting you throughout your journey.

We offer a Topica form where you can talk on-line with other ProLiviti surrogates. You'll be able to make new friends and seek advice from others who are experiencing similar issues and accomplishments. This forum is for ProLiviti surrogates only and assures that no matter your location you will still be involved with a select group of special women.

Each month a fun-filled newsletter will go out to all surrogates with updates, pregnancy announcements, birth stories and information to help you through your journey.

We offer support group meetings that will meet once a month. At the meetings you will get information about being a surrogate and be able to talk with other surrogates about their experiences. We will have games, door prizes and lots of fun.
